I AM STRONG WOMEN'S 5K & 15K RUN
Welcome to the first ever “I Am” race, taking place on Wolfe Island, September 13th, 2015. This run/walk race is one-of-a-kind in that it showcases both a 5k & 15k distance & is focused on bringing women together to pursue a common goal. Some of the proceeds of the event will go to Danielle Boyd and Erin Rafuse, two members of the Canadian Sailing Team pursuing their goal to represent Canada at the Olympics in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil in 2016! .
