Frontenac Islands Official Plan Review

The Township of Frontenac Islands will hold two special meetings of council open to the public to look at revisions to the Official Plan, a requirement of the Planning Act.
You are encouraged to attend at least one of these meetings.

On Howe Island:
Wed. April 16th at 7 pm

On Wolfe Island:
Wed. April 23rd at 7 pm

The Official Plan sets out a vision for future growth and development and the policies to implement that vision..
Your concerns and ideas will make this Plan a document that reflects the values of the islands and will help rhe Township grow in a fashion that maintains the character of the community.

Kingston Community Strings Coming to Trinity Anglican

The Kingston Community Strings In Concert :
20 April from 3-5 pm
at Trinity Anglican Church, Wolfe Island
with intermission and reception St. Margaret’s Hall.

This is a fundraiser for the Wolfe Island Early Years Centre and is sponsored by the Anglican Parish of Wolfe Island.
Entrance is by donation and receipts for income tax are available
.

This forty member amateur string orchestra is led by musicians from the Kingston Symphony and welcomes players at any level of development. The first half of the concert will include music welcome to the young and young at heart.
