featuring Carolyn Mark, Jenny Whiteley, Joey Wright, Luther Wright and friends
The Abrams Brothers will be opening up the festivities.
Flying V Productions showcase at The General Wolfe Hotel 10:30pm
(this is a new event) Featuring The Handsome Furs!! with special guests local heroes Magic Jordan
Saturday Aug. 9th, Main Stage at the Marysville Baseball diamond 1pm start
Wintersleep, Cadence Weapon, Land of Talk, Jason Collett, Plants and Animals,
Tony Scherr, The Acorn, The D’urbervilles, Music Maul, P.S. I love you!
A community festival, proceeds go to the Wolfe Island Community Center.

All About The Sand Dunes
The Friends of Big Sandy Bay
invite you to hear an informative talk
all about the “Sand Dunes”
Thurs. June 5, 2008 7-9 pm
St. Margaret’s Hall
Guest Speaker:
Yvette Bree, Park Naturalist and Dune Educator at Sandbanks Provincial Park
This should be an informative and entertaining talk suitable for all age groups. This talk will help folks understand the fragility of the dunes and why we work so hard to protect them. This is your chance to learn more about this unique landform. Please join us at 6:30 for some light refreshments and social time. Ms. Bree will begin to speak at 7:00 o’clock.
